At Dentalzorg, we understand that taking impressions for dentures is often a source of anxiety and discomfort. That’s why we are introducing the revolutionary Digital Denture – a prosthesis without impressions, unique in the world of dentistry!
How Does It Work?
With our advanced 3D scanner, we map your mouth without the need for impression material. We take detailed photos of your current teeth and note all your preferences. Our team of digital dental designers then uses this data to create a design that, if necessary, will be printed and tested.
Once you approve the design, it goes to our modern milling machine, where it is crafted from special discs. This results in a beautiful, custom-made prosthesis that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also fits perfectly.

Within our dental practices we do everything to give everyone the best dental treatment.
Unlike most practices, we do not use 3D printing techniques; instead, we mill our dentures. This results in an aesthetically and functionally superior outcome. 3D printing can only produce in one color, while we work in layers with discs in multiple colors.
Moreover, our dentures are up to 8 times stronger than printed or conventional dentures, making them much less fragile. Thanks to the absence of shrinkage in milled dentures, the fit is also better.
